Full Body Workout Routine | #FitWithJack

We all gotta start somewhere right? It's impossible to start working out and be able to do everything the athletes do. So, in this episode of #FitWithJack, I'm going to show you an easy full body workout routine that you can do at home! I'm going to show you how to workout your arms, legs, butt and abs! This is definitely something you could do everyday, but depending on your schedule with work and/or school, I would recommend doing this workout 2-3 times a week. ------------Full Body Workout Routine------------

Warm Up- 15 minute jog

Arms- Bicep Curls 10 reps 3 sets
Hammer Curls 10 reps 3 sets
Tricep Extensions 10 reps 3 sets
Tricep Kickback 10 reps 3 sets

Legs- Dumbbell Lunges 10 reps 3 sets
Dumbbell Step Ups 10 reps 3 sets
Glute Kickback 10 reps 3 sets
Bridge 10 reps 3 sets

Abs- Bus Drivers 10 reps 3 sets
Reverse Crunches 10 reps 3 sets
Plank 30 secs 3 sets
Scorpion 10 reps 3 sets

Stretch- Butterfly
Tricep Stretch
Cross Body Stretch

& ta da, you've finished this full body workout! Repeat this 2-3 time throughout the week!
You can watch the video below to do this workout with me, just replay the video a total of 3 times to complete the full 3 sets with me.
