Hey guys, I'm back with another #FitWithJack episode and today I'm going to show you one of my favorite healthy recipes which is lettuce tacos! Not only are they super delicious and satisfy my Mexican food craving, but it's also super duper easy to make so if I'm feeling too lazy to really cook anything I just make lettuce tacos. This is a vegetarian meal but if you'd like to include meat you can do that as well.
I've been on and off vegetarian my whole life but I've been an official vegetarian for one year now, and I'm slowing making my transition into a vegan lifestyle. (That's my goal at least) If you'd like to see a video on why I became vegetarian, what type of vegetarian I am, and what I eat on a daily basis then let me know in the comments :)
